Roles & Responsibilities


  • Co-ordinate with Account Managers and ensure the successful delivery of products/services.
  • Support Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable team with requests related to Accounts Collections support upon request with Accounts.
  • Internal follow-up on outstanding AR.
  • Pre-Sales data requests outreach to customers/partners, creates reports, and retrieves PreSales data upon request.
  • Collaborating with different teams across functions to ensure smooth execution while adhering to timelines and quality standards.
  • Align with organizational goals, and values and contribute to long-term success.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders in the US, sharing project progress and addressing inquiries to maintain alignment.

Requirements And Skills


  • Should be a graduate in any discipline.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • 2+ years of customer service/operations experience, preferably in a related field.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Proficient with MS Office suites.
  • Working knowledge of JIRA, salesforce, and Google Drive
