We at Xpressbees (BusyBees Logistics Solutions Pvt. Ltd.) are looking for :

Associate Manager Warehouse Operations (First Mile and Middle Mile)
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 4 Yrs+

Job Description:
1. Handling day to day hub operations pickup, sortation & dispatch operations.
2. Tracking of bags and Co-loader performance for the hub.
3. Maintaining the inventory of all the packaging materials and night storage orders.
4. Planning & building network, executing First mile operations & Hub Operations across the region.
5. Maintains proper connection between Hub and Last mile by managing fleet.
6. Construct Strategy for regions to improve the operations scorecard. Evaluate and reduce operations cost.
7. Monitoring and auditing of daily, weekly & monthly performance reports to ensure smooth execution of operations.
8. Oversee the hiring & training of new team members and support their development. Conduct Weekly, Monthly & quarterly review of KPIs.
9. Collect, track, & present metrics related to processes, team accuracy and efficiency, and drive improvements in efficiency, throughput and cost across the organization.
10. Handling team into First Mile & Hub Operations.
11. Tracking & maintaining data for daily shipments.
12. Oversees the daily sales & procurement activities along with operations.
13. Establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols. 

Skillsets:
1. Good knowledge of excel.
2. English and Regional Language fluency is Must.
3. Team Handling skills .
