Three tips for effective software testing

Software testing is more than just finding errors. Testing software is operating the software under controlled conditions, toverify it's working as specified, to detect errors and to validate user specifications.

Testing cannot guarantee the quality of software but, gives a certain assurance or confidence level in the software. Testing proves that under specific controlled conditions, the software functioned as expected by the test cases executed.

The first-ever convocation of the Ahmedabad University (AU) was held on July 18, at the Amrut Mody School of Management, for the first batch of graduates consisting of 110 MBA and eight BBA (Honours) students who were conferred with their respective degrees. The convocation was presided over by NR Narayana Murthy, chairman and chief mentor, Infosys Limited.
